About Starting Point

Based out of the suburbs of Chicago, Starting Point was founded by husband and wife team Shane and Brittany Smith with the goal to provide carefully hand-crafted equipment, supplies, and more for homebrewers and beer aficionados throughout the nation, no matter their current experience. We aim to provide quality products, all personally hand-made to perfectly fit each brewer's needs and enhance each home brewing experience.
